I am all too familiar with being the underdog. Representing injured people against multi-billion dollar insurance companies was the natural path to take after earning my law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2013.
I was raised in the Gerson Park Projects, on Lake Mead and Martin Luther King Blvd. Our family of fourteen (14) lived below the poverty line in a four (4) bedroom apartment for many years. That is what motivated me to be disciplined, work hard, dream big and serve others.
Family is an integral part of my life and Christmas Foster Injury Law Firm is an extension of my family. When you hear the name Christmas Foster Injury Law Firm, I want you to know that you are receiving quality service rooted in understanding, compassion and integrity. I understand that a personal injury claim can be a confusing and overwhelming time for you. That is why I believe that keeping you, my client, informed about your case is of the utmost importance and makes the process easier to handle. I, not my staff, handles each case from the initial intake through disbursement of settlement funds. This allows me to prioritize your individual needs, offer personalized treatment, care, and guidance through this stressful time in your life.
Since becoming licensed to practice law in Nevada, I have handled hundreds of personal injury cases and recovered over ten (10) million dollars for injured clients. With my knowledge and experience handling an array of personal injury claims, you can be confident that I will zealously fight for you and stand firm in my pursuit for the maximum compensation that you deserve for your damages.
When I am not working, I love to play tennis, spend time with my family, travel with my husband (pre-Covid) or cuddle up on the couch with a good book.
